Day 513: May Review
Clearly, Hawaii has invigorated your boy with some special energy because I’m writing the monthly review on the morning of the first day of the following month rather than right before passing out at night 22 days into the month. Unheard of.
New location, new me? Well, there is no self so… new moment, new me, I guess.
What went well?
🏠 Vegas Community
I keep getting ridiculously lucky in randomly finding myself in dope communities where I feel at home. Ben and Mai invited me to stay with them after my two-month Airbnb stint, and while residing in communion with their Ethereum mining rigs, I met Marco, who’s building a creative community called Red Door TV. Through him, I’ve met a whole host of people creating art, videos, music, livestreams, OnlyFans content, etc. Despite coming off as anti-social to people who reach out online, I actually love spending time with people, and this past month felt a bit like making new friends at the start of college where you bond really quickly through spending all your time together — talking about life late into the night, stretching together in the morning, random dance parties, cooking dank vegan recipes, falling asleep watching movies, etc.

Thanks to Ben, Mai, Marco, T, Tiffany, Tynan, and Min for an incredible time. :’)
What didn’t go well?
🐌 Slow progress on Browserflow
Honestly, I have no complaints about this past month, but I guess I could’ve made more progress with Browserflow. I’ve been in a phase where I still haven’t launched but I’m making small tweaks here and there that don’t make a meaningful difference to the product. Which means… It’s time to launch. This past month, I set up Stripe integration and got everything ready to collect payments, so the only remaining thing is to start getting customers and make this into a business!

Overall reflections
Life feels amazing, and I’m grateful that I get to spend my time the way that I do. This month felt like a break of sorts where I didn’t work as much in favor of bonding with people (you know, the stuff that actually matters), and I have no regrets about that.
But now it’s time. The egg that I’ve been sitting on for the past year is long overdue and it’s time to let it hatch into the world.
