Road to Ramen
-
❌ Write a 2020 Review
- Yeah, if I don’t complete this task this upcoming week, there’s no hope for me
-
-
Intention
-
❌ Set up new customer support system modeled after Jeremy Ho’s system
- Started doing this but then… side-tracked
-
-
Browserflow
-
✅ Send out 3 emails offering beta access
-
I did it!!!! Of the three I sent, I set up an onboarding session with one person so far for later this week.
-
Need to do a better job of explaining why the beta is worth the beta access fee by demonstrating what Browserflow can do
- The current gallery is not that great because it’s too social media focused
-
Special shoutout to Shiva for texting me to actually follow through on this after having it on my TODO list 5ever
-
-
-
Unplanned
-
✅ Add ability to upload files using Browserflow
- This is a feature that a friend requested in order to help her customers automate some import tasks, and it’s something I knew I wanted to eventually get to
- There are still some edge cases I need to cover, but the main functionality works great!
- Demo!!!
-
Week 56
I’m finally getting back into the swing of things! Coding doesn’t feel like a monumental struggle as much and I’m regularly going to the gym in the morning and spending time at the co-working space afterwards. Excited to build on this momentum~

Cold email 5 customer support managers at startups
- My friend David always sends me insightful feedback and he made the point that startups with poor internal tooling would benefit a ton from Browserflow’s general-purpose approach to automation. This is exactly what I talked about with Christina last week, and I think investigating this path makes the most sense. I imagine I’ll have to cold email hundreds of people in order to make significant progress here, but I’ll start slow and go with 5 for now. :)
