Day 746: heart pressure

when i sit

and close my eyes

it appears

a pressure in the heart

three years after its initial appearance, i still have no idea what it is

sometimes i wonder whether it’s a blockage

sometimes i wonder whether i should try to do something about it

i can also just let it be

is it a closed heart chakra?

who knows

one thing i try to keep in mind is to embrace it

no experience is something to be fought

only surrender
